At least 25 people died after a foreign cargo ship caught fire while undergoing maintenance at a shipyard in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Twelve of the 42 people aboard were evacuated safely, while five injured people were hospitalized in stable condition. The fire was extinguished at about 2:30 p.m.
