A new Amnesty International report accuses Russia of luring foreigners with misleading offers of well-paid civilian work before forcing them into the army and sending them to fight in Ukraine. It says migrants and refugees in Russia were also coerced into military service, conduct that in many cases amounts to human trafficking under the UN Palermo Protocol.
