WorldNATO reconnaissance aircraft spotted over Black Sea for first time this month
A NATO reconnaissance aircraft has been seen over the Black Sea’s neutral waters for the first time since early September and has been circling for about six hours, an EU air-traffic-control source told TASS. The Romania-based Bombardier Artemis II is flying above 10.5 km, entering only Romanian airspace and turning near Ukraine’s border.
