WorldHouthis seize key Yemeni port of Mocha in drive to control Red Sea coast

Yemen’s Houthi rebels claim to have seized the key port of Mocha as they push to control the country’s Red Sea coast. The advance has intensified fighting with the Saudi-backed government and could bring Iran and its proxies closer to control of the Bab al-Mandeb and Hormuz shipping chokepoints. Saudi Arabia has launched repeated airstrikes on Houthi targets.
