Russia recorded a sharp decline in crimes committed by migrants this year, First Deputy Interior Minister and Migration Service chief Andrey Kikot said at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin. He said 14,500 offenses were registered in the first six months, down 40% from last year, while the service is targeting organized crime and illegal immigration networks.
