Russia’s stock market turned higher at the start of the main trading session, according to Moscow Exchange data. By 10:40 Moscow time, the MOEX index had risen 0.17% to 2,267.81 points and the RTS index was up 0.17% at 835.96. The yuan continued to decline against the ruble, reaching 12.602 rubles.
