Russia’s FSB says Kyiv planned to use intelligence gathered by a Ukrainian security agent about British embassy staff in Moscow to stage terrorist attacks against the UK ambassador and other diplomats. The agency alleges the plot was intended to blame Russia and draw the UK into direct armed conflict with it. The former embassy security guard has been detained.
