TechFour hacking groups caught using the same Chrome and Windows exploit kit

Proofpoint researchers say at least four hacking groups are actively using a near-identical exploit kit dubbed BlueMoon against Chromium-based browsers and several older Windows versions. The kit chains three vulnerabilities to install malware; all three received patches within the past 24 hours. Some of the groups have ties to the Chinese government.
