The Lebanese military says Israeli troops have violated the ceasefire in southern Lebanon more than 7,700 times since the framework agreement was signed in Washington on June 26. It said repeated attacks, especially in Nabatieh province, caused fresh civilian displacement and rejected Israel’s claims that Lebanese forces had failed to secure so-called pilot zones.
