Apple has opened preorders for the Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4. Both models use the S11 chip and a new Health Sensing System that Apple claims delivers the most accurate heart-rate sensing in a wearable, with more frequent heart-rate and heart-rate-variability measurements than earlier Apple Watches.
