A class-action lawsuit filed yesterday alleges that Amazon denied four pregnant warehouse workers bathroom breaks, an extra 15-minute break and the ability to sit while working. It says the women were punished for medically necessary breaks or medical visits and unlawfully terminated from New York facilities between April 2025 and July 2026.
