Russia and Vietnam said they will deepen cooperation against extremism and radicalization, especially among young people. A joint statement said the countries would coordinate efforts against terrorist, extremist and other criminal uses of information and communication technologies, while expanding cooperation on cybercrime prevention, law enforcement and international information security norms.
