Russia’s Zarubezhneft and Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade signed a production-sharing agreement covering blocks on Vietnam’s continental shelf. Zarubezhneft and PetroVietnam also exchanged agreements on a strategic oil reserve project and investment cooperation, while the two countries signed a memorandum to strengthen investment ties.
