WorldCeuta: EU grants Spain €115 million in emergency aid

The EU is giving Spain about €115 million to strengthen border surveillance and security infrastructure in Ceuta and help return migrants who remain there illegally to Morocco. The funding follows a late-July crisis in which more than 72,000 people crossed from Morocco into the Spanish exclave; many died trying to reach EU territory, while thousands remain.
