Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia and Vietnam have a solid basis for expanding cooperation in hydropower. He noted that Russian specialists helped design and build more than a third of Vietnam’s hydropower generation capacity, while RusHydro is working on joint projects to assess and modernize existing plants.
