Norway has ended 13 days of national mourning for King Harald V with a funeral attended by tens of thousands in Oslo and dignitaries from more than 20 countries. The cortege carried the king’s coffin from the palace to the cathedral before it was taken to Akershus fortress for burial in the royal crypt.
