The Amur Region signed about 20 agreements at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, launched construction of an international business center in Blagoveshchensk and opened a Warrior Center branch, the regional government said. The deals cover infrastructure, construction, tourism, digital services and culture, while a Russian-Chinese commission set priorities for future investment cooperation.
