Montenegro is prepared to share its EU accession and rule-of-law experience with Ukraine, European Affairs Minister Maida Gorcevic said. Montenegro is preparing a draft accession treaty and aims to close all remaining negotiating chapters by the end of 2026, while Ukraine’s parliament continues to block many reforms needed for its membership bid.
