Russian President Vladimir Putin held an official welcoming ceremony for Vietnamese President To Lam at the Grand Kremlin Palace. The leaders shook hands as the national anthems were played. Lam last visited Russia in May 2025, when the countries adopted a declaration on comprehensive strategic partnership.
