The IAEA says North Korea has built a two-storey uranium enrichment facility at Yongbyon, reportedly able to house up to 28 centrifuge cascades, calling the development a cause for “serious concern”. The agency also says an expanded annex at a separate Kangson site has begun operating, based on satellite imagery.
