Ukraine’s General Staff said on Sept. 9 that Russia has suffered about 1,500,870 troop casualties since launching its full-scale invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022, including 1,480 over the past day. The report also listed extensive Russian equipment losses, including tanks, artillery systems, drones, missiles, ships and submarines.
