A politician who worked with complainant C told Sydney’s Downing Centre court that C appeared unusually “sunken and diminished” during a meeting with Alan Jones at his Circular Quay apartment. Friends and colleagues also testified that C had periodically described inappropriate touching by Jones when he was a young driver. Jones has pleaded not guilty to 20 indecent-assault charges and two counts of sexual touching.
