Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service says the Starokazachye checkpoint in the Odessa region, on the Moldovan border, has halted operations after explosions. Processing of people and vehicles is temporarily suspended. Military cargo for Ukrainian forces is being sent from Romania through Odessa-region crossings and Moldova.
