A luxury flat in Hong Kong’s Mid-Levels West once owned by Mandy Lieu, former mistress of Macau gambling kingpin Alvin Chau Cheok-wa, has sold for HK$81.2 million. The 38th-floor Argenta property changed hands at a price more than 10 per cent below the amount Lieu reportedly paid 12 years ago.
