A Moscow court ordered Igor Martyshov, chairman of EvroTrans’s board, held until November 6 over an alleged scheme to divert fuel from Moscow region police reserves to private stations. Investigators say the organized group caused more than 100 million rubles in damage; other executives and police officers have also been arrested. EvroTrans is separately facing bond defaults, heavy debt, and bankruptcy efforts.
