Russian Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov says 1 million Russians traveled to Vietnam in the first eight months of 2026, surpassing the 700,000 recorded for all of 2025. He said expanded air service, now totaling 78 weekly flights, is driving the increase and that Russia wants to attract Vietnamese tourists as well.
