Russia places particular emphasis on food security and is ready to cooperate with all countries to strengthen it, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. He said Moscow had initiated the creation of a grain exchange, or BRICS grain exchange, and would continue dialogue with the countries concerned, arguing the initiative could contribute to global food security.
