WorldLavrov says moratorium on strikes against Black Sea ships impossible to monitor
Ukraine asked Turkey to propose a Russian-Ukrainian moratorium on strikes against ships carrying civilian goods in the Black Sea, but the arrangement would be impossible to monitor, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said. He compared it with problems surrounding the Black Sea initiative three years ago.
