Hong Kong plans to help companies from Belt and Road partner countries expand markets and reduce transaction costs, Financial Secretary Paul Chan says. The 11th Belt and Road Summit, scheduled for Sept. 9-10, will add a “Go Global” session for mainland Chinese firms and cover energy, AI, the low-altitude economy and urban development.
