EconomyNornickel, BELAZ agree to establish joint venture

Nornickel President Vladimir Potanin and BELAZ General Director Sergey Lesin signed an agreement to establish a joint venture. The companies will cooperate on next-generation underground mining equipment, unmanned mining technologies and other innovations, while creating a full-service repair and maintenance hub. Initial machinery is being tested at Norilsk mines.
