WorldCuba incurs almost $9 bln in damage from US blockade in one year — top diplomat
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla said the US trade, economic and financial blockade caused more than $8.83 billion in damage from March 2025 to February 2026, a record high and 7% above the previous report. The UN General Assembly is due to vote on a resolution demanding an end to the blockade on October 27-28.
