Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko says Russian athletes are now officially allowed to compete internationally in 39 events on the Summer Olympics program, as well as sambo. He said they already compete under Russia’s flag and anthem in 23 competitions, with plans for 60 world and European championships in 2026 and the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar.
