WorldAvalanche kills at least 11 climbers in southern Russia
At least 11 climbers were killed and six injured when an avalanche hit their group in Russia’s southern Kabardino-Balkaria Republic, local emergency services said. The avalanche came down Mount Mizhirgi, one of the highest peaks in the North Caucasus.
