HealthStolen Generations survivors face greater health challenges than other First Nations people

A report by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare finds that Stolen Generations survivors and their descendants face substantially worse physical, mental and socioeconomic conditions than other Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians. Survivors were more likely to experience severe disability, hospitalisation, kidney disease and psychological distress.
