Russia’s National Wealth Fund stood at 13.19 trillion rubles, or $154.1 billion, on September 1, according to Finance Ministry files. Liquid assets totaled 4 trillion rubles, equal to $46.7 billion. The fund’s central-bank accounts also held 184 billion yuan, 131.5 tons of gold and 1.7 billion rubles.
