TechEthereum prototype could offer simpler way to cut rollup recovery workloads

An Ethereum prototype that assigns blob-recovery duties among nodes reduced estimated reconstruction work by 11–18 times in 1,000-node simulations. The narrower design limits duplicated computation but still depends on high-custody nodes. Results are limited to simulated networks, with no devnet or real-network testing reported.
