Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the city’s curfew will run from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. starting Sept. 10, as Russian aerial attacks intensify. Public transport will operate for an extra hour, with four bus routes serving passengers trying to get home from the central railway station during curfew hours.
