Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the West is trying to undermine the upcoming State Duma elections by inventing pretexts to challenge their fairness and the sincerity of the people’s will. He also alleged that people inside Russia, including hired terrorists, are helping weaken Moscow’s position for the benefit of what he called the Ukrainian Nazi regime.
