EconomyMOEX Index falls 0.99% at start of morning session

The MOEX Index fell 0.99% to 2,231.21 points when Monday’s morning session opened on the Moscow Exchange. By 7:10 a.m. Moscow time, the decline had narrowed to 0.69%, leaving the index at 2,237.97 points.
