WorldUN report says outside forces are fueling Sudan war
A UN fact-finding report says foreign recruitment and external support networks are strengthening Sudan’s rival forces and worsening civilian suffering. It says up to 2,000 former Colombian military contractors operated advanced weapons with the RSF, while supply routes through Chad, southeastern Libya and Somalia supported the group. The UN warned that attacks on civilians and civilian objects could constitute war crimes.
