PoliticsCEC: Russian citizens in Poland, Baltic states to vote near border crossings
Ten polling stations will be opened near border crossings in Russia’s Kaliningrad, Pskov and Leningrad regions for Russian citizens living in what Moscow calls unfriendly states, CEC member Pavel Andreyev said. The stations will serve the State Duma elections scheduled for September 18–20, including voters from Poland and Germany.
