ProCap Financial sold about 50 BTC and bought back more than 2% of its common stock while shares traded roughly 40% below net asset value. Although its Bitcoin balance fell about 0.9%, the share count dropped around 2%, increasing Bitcoin exposure per share by about 1.1%.
