Reform UK, the British hard-right party led by Nigel Farage, opened its annual conference under the cloud of a new scandal. Two senior officials resigned hours before Farage was due to speak after a Channel 4 News undercover investigation alleged they had conspired to obtain a foreign donation prohibited by UK electoral law. National Rally president Jordan Bardella is also due to address the conference.
