OtherNepal rules out seeking climate compensation from China
Nepalese Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal said Nepal does not intend to seek “climate justice compensation” from any particular country, including China. He said compensation would instead be pursued from the international community under the UN climate framework and Paris Agreement. China said it was ready to cooperate on addressing climate impacts.
