Oman rejected Iran’s proposal to jointly collect service fees from ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz, The New York Post reported, citing a senior regional official. The official said Muscat also rejected voluntary fees for security and environmental protection to avoid possible disputes with US President Donald Trump.
