WorldMinister: Lawyers prepare lawsuit against Norway over Russian ship seizure in Spitsbergen
Russian lawyers have begun preparing a local-court challenge to Norway’s seizure of the Professor Molchanov research vessel, Minister Alexey Chekunkov said. The arrest followed a complaint by the private Ukrainian company Naftogaz, and the ship cannot leave its current location pending a decision by the Svalbard governor.
