WorldBishkek summit injects impetus into high-quality development of SCO
Leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s member states met in Bishkek for the 26th Council of Heads of State meeting and issued a declaration marking the group’s 25th anniversary. They adopted 28 outcome documents, advanced the SCO’s development strategy through 2035 and agreed to deepen cooperation in security, trade, technology and connectivity. Xi Jinping presented a four-point proposal for higher-quality development.
