Bidding closed Wednesday for the second phase of MTR Corporation’s Tuen Mun Area 16 Station property project. Market sources said CK Asset, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Henderson Land Development submitted bids, as did a consortium of Sino Land, Kerry Properties, China Overseas Land & Investment and Great Eagle. MTR said it received four bids.
