WorldMayor: Ukrainian attack damages substation supplying Energodar
A massive Ukrainian attack on Energodar’s public infrastructure damaged a substation supporting the city’s vital functions, Mayor Maxim Pukhov said. Building facades and windows were damaged, and part of a floor at a power facility collapsed. Four kindergartens and a school were also damaged; no casualties were reported.
