TechTAC blockchain frozen for over 10 days after exploit, with 1.26 billion-token bailout proposed
The TAC network remains halted at block 24,671,475 more than 10 days after an exploit drained its bonded staking pool. TAC said 2.99 billion tokens were affected and proposed replacing 1.26 billion sold tokens from foundation reserves. Recovery still requires validators to adopt a patched binary and execute a targeted state edit.
